We will replace a shipment when it never arrives. However, if we have verified the shipping address with the customer and have received a delivery confirmation from the Postal Service, we will not replace a shipment. This is to protect us from fraud and allow us to keep our prices as low as possible for the rest of humanity.
At any time before your order ships, you may cancel it for a complete refund of all charges - including shipping. To cancel an order, just send an email to "info@chibuttons.com" requesting the cancellation and include your order #. This email should be sent from the same email address you placed the order with or from the address associated with your PayPal account.
To return an item, please print, fill out and reutrn the Return Merchandise Authorization form with your order within 30 days. We'll refund you for the value of the items that are in re-sellable condition. We reserve the right to charge a 30% restock fee. We do not refund original shipping fees for unwanted items.

Duties and Taxes: Please note that customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees required by their respective local governments. ChiButtons cannot determine the exact amount of these fees in advance. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or the shipping and handling cost, and they may be collected upon delivery by the carriers. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
Tax (Tariffs, Duties & Import Fees): Please note that the de minimis exemption was canceled on August 29, 2025. All shipments from Canada to the United States are now subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
